EXCELLENTVerified Location and beauty all in one. 7 people in our party stayed 10 nights. We really enjoyed our time here and our grandkids loved the pool and outdoor space. The proximity to the north beach and main area was just a short 10 minute walk. We rented golf carts for our entire stay and explored the island extensively. The accommodations were nice, clean and cozy. I would say Mexican luxury and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. We did light meals at the villa and dinned out most nights. One thing I missed was a bbq I would have used it but it wasn’t in good shape and no propane, that’s probably my only complaint. Towels, linens and housekeeping was excellent. A bonus is that the beautiful beach and ocean is right out front of the Locked gate with wonderful views but yet private from on lookers. It’s right across from the Mia Reef hotel and the water entry and bay area is perfect for snorkelling, wading around and swimming. The ocean is beautiful and even on a windier day this area is so much calmer than Playa Norte area. You can walk in the ocean all the way down to the north beach area or walk the beach, it was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.Verified Amazing, its a must We are on Isla Mujeres as we speak. Our family of 6 rented it for 8 days. This house is absolutely 💯 amazing. We love it. Its directly north of Playa Media Luna Hotel, its managed by the hotel. You are allowed to use their pool and beach towels. Drive past the hotel and its right there. Huge wooden door allows you entry into the property. Beautiful yard full of palm trees and sand. Cement and foliage surrounding the property. The pool is refreshing, despite the heat. Its got a little dipping end. 3 tables (2 with an umbrella) 9 chairs, 5 lounge chairs (a bit wore out, but heck, you're steps from the ocean water)and one big beach bed. The beach gate to the property locks from the inside and out. Nice for a beach walk. Beautiful bushes line the path to the beach, provides privacy. 4 steps out and your in the ocean of north Beach. Mia right out front. Plenty of shallow ocean and snorkel opportunities. Floaties left by past guests are great. The kitchen is spacious, with a huge dinner table. Large water dispenser, replaced every other day or as needed. We haven't cooked. Nice coffee maker, filters provided. We brought our own coffee. Bedroom: 2 king room with attached (full) bathroom, tvs, nice stiff mattress (my pref) shortie pillows various thicknesses. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Good amount of hangers. Great bathroom lighting (yay for us ladies). Tub in one room (water pressure soso, but who cares!) , walk-in shower in the other. Bedroom: 2 double bed rooms, with 2 double beds in each. No TV. Armoir in each. The main bathroom is between those two rooms. A.c. units (work great) in each bedroom and kitchen. Comfy couches. Marble floor. The house is very quiet sound proof. Maid is the bomb, comes every other day. Pool guy comes too. The property is amazing, great job Maria! I've tried to attached photos, t.a. say they are all too big!Verified Perfect Isla Mujeres hideaway. Our party of 6 couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Casa Aqua. From the friendly and attentive staff at Lost Oasis, that manage reservations and made everything so easy to book our trip; to the warm and accommodating staff at Playa Media de Luna, that welcomed us when we arrived, and tended to our every need during our stay. The house is perfectly appointed, well maintained, with luxurious amenities, and in a prime location, central to anything and everything. Looking forward to next time. Located on the north end of the island, Aqua is a perfect place for a couple of families (or 3-4 couples) to get together. Plenty of room for 8, a well-maintained pool with nice patio furniture and very private. Within walking distance to MANY restaurants and shopping and great snorkeling out in front. Aqua is the perfect location for people who are willing to share the same living space.jVerified Awesome!!!!!! Paradise! This house was in the perfect location on a gorgeous white sand beach with lots of colourful fish where you could snorkel. The house was very clean and with very comfortable furniture and beds/bedding. The pool was fantastic and well tended as were the grounds themselves. Loved this place, the whole family had a great time, including the kids who had so much fun in the pool and ocean. Would highly recommend this house as it is in the absolute perfect location, just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops but far enough away where you have quiet and privacy.
